CST FORMATION

Religious formation is a process of transformation of the candidate into the liberating and the salvific personality of Christ. Its goal is the forming of men, who “living in close intimacy with God and His people”. Travelling on the road of formation towards the goal one’s whole life must be open to the action of the Holy Spirit so that the candidates will be able to follow Christ wholeheartedly and with enthusiasm, instilling into them the charism of our Congregation (Constitution-104 and 113).

TABORE LITTLE FLOWER MINOR SEMINARY, KALPETTA

As the name ‘Tabore’ resonates the visio beatifica of the three disciples on the mount Tabore in the Synoptic Gospels, Tabore Little Flower Minor Seminary is visualized to be the starting point of our religious formation. Christian religious formation enables one to follow Christ (sequela Christi). Mount Tabore, the place of the transfiguration of Christ, is an invitation to the transformation of the self to grow to the transfiguration and configuration with Christ. One year of formation at Tabore paves the foundation to the holistic human, spiritual and religious formation of our candidates to the priesthood.
